- Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and clients to ensure proper operations of the organization.
- Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity
- Ensure operational activities remain on time.
- Lead, motivate, and support all departments within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including setup and implementation of career development plans for all direct reports and problem resolution
- Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives.
- Work closely with legal Representative to make sure activities remain compliant free.
- Work closely with GM and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation.
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures.
- Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning whenever required.
