- Payroll management
- Attendance and leave management
- Knowledge of PF ,ESIC and Labor Laws.
- Handling employee grievances.
- Formulation of policies for employees.
- Work with company Director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.
- Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart
- Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
- Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.) Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions
- Implement Employee Recognition Programs
- Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews
